Bruce and his family have been at Hope Chapel for nearly 20 years. Before college, he spent a year as a cowboy in Northern California. He believes this is part of God's sense of humor in preparing him to now shepherd God's people. He attended both UCLA and UCLA Law School where he received his Juris doctorate degree.
Before retiring from public practice, Bruce practiced law, served as a temporary judge in the Los Angeles Court System, and later managed a chain of supermarkets. Like Larry Robinson, he too is now a workaholic for God. He is part of the Church staff and receives $1 per year for his efforts. At Hope, he has served on the Church Council and the Board of Elders. He currently leads the Wednesday morning Zoom prayer ministry and helps counsel the Church in legal matters. Bruce's wife, Odette, served in Children's Church, teaching second and third grade kids. In addition, His daughter, Katie, is now a youth helper in Hope Kids.
