DISCOVERING HOPE 101

This study is based on 1, 2, 3 John where believers will be challenged to look at contrasting themes such as walking in the light instead of darkness, truth versus lies and deception, and loving God more than loving the world. Come and learn the meaning of true fellowship and community as we study the heart of Jesus. Book available for purchase in the Good Book Store.

This course works through five foundational topics for defining a life of Biblical, God-Centered, Spirit-empowered ministry. Students examine: How the pursuit of eternal pleasures in God Himself is a necessary part of all worship and virtue, How saving faith in ever-arriving future grace is also sanctifying faith, How to count all suffering joy, How men and women with equally valuable roles should complement one another in their new life and service of the body of Christ, And how God’s purpose in the world is to win worshippers for Himself from every tribe, tongue, people and nation. Find help and healing for the hurt of separation and divorce. We encourage members to rely on the Lord’s forgiveness, love, mercy and grace to sustain us in the midst of difficult times. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Psalm 147:3.
