Hope Chapel

Worship Ministry

Serving through the audio and visual arts

"I will sing of steadfast love and justice;
    to you, O Lord, I will make music."

- Psalm 101:1

Hope Chapel has a legacy and heritage of original music and songs for worship. Since the early 1980s, over 15 albums have been produced by the worship ministry.

Currently, we have 5 services staffed by 4 worship teams, as well as a choral team that serves during the Christmas and Easter seasons.  Our service format is predominantly contemporary, but mixes a variety of music styles.

Our requirements for involvement are that you are a member of our church (4 months or more), that you are a believer and that you are musically capable of playing or singing in an ensemble/band format. For those that are interested in singing, the choral group is a good place to start.

Our Values

The Hope Chapel Worship Ministry's core set of values are...

Privilege

Serving God is a privilege and not a right.

“For Even the Son of Man (Jesus) did not come to be served, but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many”.  Mark 10:45

Sacrifice

Sometimes there will be seasons, events and projects that require a lot from us.

“Therefore, I urge you brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices holy and pleasing to God-this is your spiritual act of worship." Romans 12:1

Authentic Faith:

Our lives must reflect what we sing...."We live what we sing/act/play"

“And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please in every way, bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God." Colossians 1:10
