Leader: Cindy Parsons, Location: Hope Chapel Auditorium Meets Wednesdays, 9:15 – 11:30 am, June 14 - August 9, 2017 Nursery/Children's Program available, you must pre-register your child here Join us in an eight-week study of 2 Corinthians through the book, "All Things New" by Kelly Minter. The city of ancient Corinth was much like our own modern day cities. A melting pot of electrifying cultural experiences to be had, along with the myriad pitfalls of spiritual depravity. But still, Paul wrote to the church of God in Corinth- meaning God's church is meant to thrive in any city and every circumstance in which we find ourselves. We will explore the letter of 2 Corinthians; the anchoring truths of bearing treasures in jars of clay, meeting Christ through a pressing thorn, opening wide your heart in the midst of hurtful relationships, and what it means to embrace the lost & the lonely as ministers of the new covenant. Each of us has a message to proclaim and live by, because of Jesus, the old has gone, the New has come. "All Things New" book is available for purchase in the Good Book Store. **Please note that on June 28th, we will be meeting off-site on the beach, south side of Manhattan Beach pier. Please bring $ for parking meters.**
